The iRobot marketing team is seeking a Consumer and Market Insights Analyst who is passionate about uncovering the “why” behind consumer decisions and marketplace dynamics through data mining, analytics, hypothesis testing and customer research.
The Consumer and Market Insights Analyst will manage primary and secondary research data sets. They will be comfortable synthesizing relevant data sets including primary and secondary research, third party data, transactional data, and voice of the consumer data to develop a deep understanding of consumers, and the drivers that influence business objectives for the iRobot home business unit.

The Sales Operations Specialist will support the delivery of iRobot's company wide objectives and customer order management activities including logistics coordination, price negotiations, supplier management and forecasting.

iRobot is seeking a Senior Demand Planner to work within the Japan's region. This position will own the Demand Planning processes for the region, and will work collaboratively with other departments and functions to establish and lead the regional S&OP processes. Assist the Global S&OP lead with the local process design, execution and facilitation of the monthly Sales and Operations Planning activities, process, and data. Responsible for development of an accurate SKU level demand plan forecast (sell in) for all products, collaborating with the Sales team to understand sell thru at the customer level and ensure customer level plans are represented appropriately in the final demand plan. Develop clear and concise business reporting. Collaborate with global and regional functions to establish SKU level safety stock targets, using forecast accuracy and lead time constraints to manage the target. This position will manage all Demand and Supply KPI’s for the region, ensuring the proper KPI’s are represented in the appropriate S&OP meetings. The Demand Planning Expert will manage the Global Planning tool for the region, ensuring consistency and accuracy of the data. Recommend areas for improvement and advancement.
We are seeking a Trade Marketing Manager. Working closely with marketing groups, sales and retail partners, agency partner, and regional field sales representatives, you will develop trade marketing and training programs to build category, brand and product awareness and expertise in the Japan market. This position requires a dynamic individual who enjoys working in a fast paced environment and has experience managing field training and in-store consumer demonstration activities. You should have an understanding of what it takes to bring sophisticated consumer products to market along with retailer and distribution go–to-market strategies. You will also be responsible for developing sales tools for demonstration, which support customers to understand product features and recognize our brand value. This position reports to the sales planning manager.
