As a member of the technical support team, you will be in charge of managing repair centers to provide repair service to our customers with high quality. To achieve the high quality service, your role needs to coordinate and cooperate with relevant teams. The Technical Support Engineer will be based in Tokyo and will report to Senior Manager, Technical Support Japan. He/She must deeply understand repair process, company internal process and Japanese market environment.
