    We are seeking a Trade Marketing Supervisor to join our Shanghai Team.

    Essential Functions/ Job Duties

    Training Management

    • Develop training plan for Field Sales and Sales Reps/demonstrator; responsible for developing traning content around product knowledge, sales techniques, demo procedures, etc.
    • In charge of the training execution nationwide, including but not limited to
    • Conduct “Train-the-Trainer” training for Field Sales, including sales best practice and product knowledge, etc.
    • Provide regional / national training to Sales Reps /demonstrators
    • Collaborate with Sales team to understand training needs of field Sales to continuously upgrade training documents, including training plan, content, etc.

    Mystery survey Management

    • Design, and effective implementation and evaluation quarterly mystery visits
    • Assist in quarterly mystery survey to track store performance and improvement

    National conference Management

    • Plan annual National meetings to engage distributor and demonstrators for best operation
    • Help organize and implement annual national distributor meeting
    • Help organize and implement annual national demonstrator meeting

    Qualifications

    Key Capabilities

    • Strong familiarity of HH Electronics sales management
    • 5+ years of experience in training high performance team specialized in HH electronics / high tech products preferred
    • Outstanding coaching & communication skills
    • Experience of building systematic training framework / plan is preferred
    • Willing to travel when required by business
    • Experience in the management and coordination of training activities
    • Experience in the management and coordination of national conference
    • Adaptable, initiative and able to meet deadline in a tight schedule with minimal supervision
    • mature, self-motivated and meticulous
    • A team player and with good organization skills

     

    Education

    • Undergraduate or aboveBusiness/Marketing or related disciplines
