    We are seeking a Trade Marketing Supervisor to join our Shanghai Team.

    Essential Functions/ Job Duties

    Visual Merchandising /in-store ad. Design Development /Planning /Execution /Evaluation

    • Responsible for Developing and implement visual guidelines for offline business
    • Responsible for assist in developing & fine-tuning the store merchandising plan
    • Responsible for assist in managing individual store merchandising that deliver better “touch and feel” experience across various channel formats
    • Develop new soft merchandising solutions inclusive of POSMs, counter displays etc.
    • Responsible for Store Design execution by closely collaborating with Sub-Ds, Field Sales and 3rd party vendor
    • Responsible for assist in executing in-store ad. Including negotiation, design and production.

     

    Pop-up stores Design Development /Planning /Execution /Evaluation

    • Responsible for Developing and implement Pop-up store visual guidelines for offline business
    • Responsible for assist in developing & fine-tuning the Pop up store full year plan
    • Responsible for executing Pop-up store executions by closely collaborating with Sub-Ds, Field Sales and 3rd party vendor

    Other

    • Exhibition booth design & production

    Qualifications

    Key Capabilities

    • 5 years Trade Marketing experience in industries including FMCG, Lifestyle etc.
    • Familiar with Household Electrical Appliances marketing operations, 3+ years of experience in Household Electrical Appliances offline marketing preferred
    • Awareness of market trends and change in customer needs
    • Proven track record in developing “touch & feel” storefronts /counters preferred
    • Excellent project management skills, with ability to handle multiple parallel initiatives
    • Adaptable, initiative and able to meet deadline in a tight schedule with minimal supervision
    • mature, self-motivated and meticulous
    • A team player and with good organization skills
    • Willing to travel when required by business
    • Fluent of spoken and written English and Chinese

    Education

    • Undergraduate or above, Business/Marketing or related disciplines preferred
