     Regional Sales Manager will:

    • Lead the definition, development and delivery of sales strategies for the defined sales region in order to deliver sustained revenue and profit growth in support of company overall goals and strategies

    Essential Functions/ Job Duties

    Distributor & sub-dealer Management

    • Maintain relationship with existing distributor and sub-D to grow business (e.g. share brand’s growth strategy and new product roll-out plans etc.)
    • Identify & evaluate new sub-Ds, initiate relationship and be responsible for contractual negotiations around margin structure & incentive scheme
    • Develop regional channel sales plan, including but not limited to
    • Identifying suitable product mix for specific POSs
    • Creating Marketing strategy (e.g. promotional counter, exhibition etc. for enhancing products’ demo experience)
    • Regularly evaluate sub-Ds margin structure, brand support & incentive scheme; explore adjustment opportunities with Sales Director on a regular basis
    • Develop tactical response to competitors’ offline strategy & activities (e.g. promotion campaigns, interior design layout etc.) along with Field Sales & trade marketing team

    Channel Expansion Planning

    • Identify new high potential POS (e.g. high visitor traffic, presence of multiple competitive brands etc.) within its respective region for expansion
    • Regularly monitor & review existing POSs’ performance with Field Sales, and Sales Director to make POS revamped / phased out decisions

    Sales team Build-up and Management

    • Capability of a regional team overall build-up, training and evaluation


    Key Capabilities

    • Familiar with home appliance mix channel sales operation
    • Experience in developing a small-to-mid sized foreign brand to scale highly preferred
    • Must have over 5~8 years of experience in mid-top tier home appliance brand & D.S. / GES Channel Management
    • Strong Sub-D negotiation and communication skills & experience
    • Rich experience in renegotiating margin structure and incentive schemes with Sub-Ds preferred
    • Sharp awareness of RVC / small HH electronics market trends
    • Understanding of RVC target customer & channel trends (e.g. visitor volume, visitor profile changes) and competitors’ strategy strongly preferred
    • Good communication and team management skills
    • Experience in building up high performance regional offline sales & marketing team preferred
    • Fit for business travel


    • Undergraduate or above
