This is an opportunity for a driven, motivated individual with the ability of setting short and long-term direct online sales strategies. Working closely with the Japan Sales group, Marketing, Finance, and Operations, you will manage the day-to-day performance of the Direct Sales channel, including achieving sales and profit goals, managing online sales programs/tools to attract and convert consumers and owning vendor relationships. This position requires the ability to flourish in a fast-paced environment, and a strong ability to generate strategies that grow direct online sales and brand’s reputation, improve customer experience and drive growth.
