As a member of Sales Planning team, you will work closely with Account Management team, Sales Offices, Marketing team and other functional teams to develop and implement channel programs for our national retailers. You will be in charge of increasing equity of the iRobot brand and products, as well as driving revenue through channel program.

This is an opportunity to demonstrate your strong analytical, strategic thinking and negotiation skills, ability to build strategic programs growing consumer robotics field.

Essential Functions/ Job Duties

    • Partner with internal stakeholder, develop and execute channel program with understanding of sales objectives, market trends, and channel performance.
    • Lead for legal agreement with national retailers, participate in complex negotiation.
    • Support program operations with other sales teams, establish key performance indicators and track them
    • Drive sales and brand awareness through program, analyze result and drive PDCA cycle.
    • Communicate and report of program performance to leadership teams, external partners, and cross-functional partners
    • Constructive & collaborative approach facilitating org. improvement.

Qualifications

      • 5 + years experience in sales and / or marketing, 3+ years in charge of develop sales promotion plan for national retailers.
      • Must have consumer product experience, preferably with consumer electronics products categories.
      • To growth our market segment share, be able to contribute strategic planning and new ideas, and driving PDCA cycle.
      • Logical and analytical thinker to handle data driven account planning and KPI creation
      • Bachelor’s degree required.
      • Excellent presentation skills.
      • Strong communication skills in native Japanese and business level English (email, report and teleconference)
