iRobot is seeking a Product Supply Analyst reporting into the Product Supply America’s Team.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for analysis of product supply activities: evaluation of transportation, customer compliance, performance and supply.

Essential Functions/ Job Duties

  • Measure and analyze forecast accuracy, contribute to development and support of regional S&OP. Collaborate with Global Supply Planning to adjust regional inventory needs as needed to support overall Global metrics
  • Maintain the Product Supply customer database with accurate and necessary customer requirements. Research and dispute Product Supply related retailer chargebacks. Complete root cause analysis and develop processes to mitigate future chargebacks
  • Distribute KPIs to measure all areas of warehouses and customer compliance
  • Create and distribute necessary reporting and analysis on miscellaneous product supply needs. Distribute to management reports on: inventory, distribution, transportation, trade compliance, customer compliance and supply.
  • Develop procedures and implement continuous improvement for internal and external Product Supply processes
  • Provide the cost reporting necessary to substantiate the Product Supply budget and maintain cost analysis reports for periodic review
  • Lead the analysis and provide statistical information on the tracking of retail shipments, order turnaround time, on-time shipment and on-time delivery data.
  • Evaluate existing capabilities and establish new systems and processes for the tracking, measurement, reporting, and cost analysis of all transportation.

Qualifications

  • BS Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain or Finance
  • 5+ year work experience in Logistics, Sourcing, Forecasting, Inventory Analysis, Demand Planning, or Financial Analysis
  • Adaptability, building strategic working relationships, leadership skills, organizational skills, solid verbal and written communication skills
  • MS Office, advanced Excel experience required. Experience with an ERP. Oracle and Tableau experience a plus
