We are looking for a Search Optimization Analyst to join our Global Digital Marketing team to build and deploy high performance digital content standards for iRobot’s owned and earned PDPs – specifically iRobot.xx and Amazon.xx.


You will enable success on Amazon by leveraging insights harvested from then cascading proven PDP strategies and tactics to each team accelerating their understanding of what it takes to drive sell-through via PDP.

Essential Functions/ Job Duties

  • Establish a familiarity with iRobot’s Regional Web and Amazon activation teams and inventory measurement capabilities in the first 30 days.
  • Benchmark performance of key webpages (based on significance within consumer journey) generating an action plan for improvements within 60 days.
  • Perform regular analysis of Amazon.xx summarizing RVC category messaging details.
  • Synthesizing web KPIs of iRobot.xx identifying trends and actionable improvements for Amazon.xx and other web properties.  
  • Work closely with SEO team members to enhance digital properties in the “eyes” of consumers and search engines.
  • Publish global guidelines for web content deployment across all Regions for input into WebCollage, FlixMedia or any other current content syndication partners.
  • Lead cross-functional taskforces aligned to strategic disciplines ‘Learn’, ‘Shop’ and ‘Support’.
  • Manage day to day operations of onsite surveying tools, multivariate testing programs and agency partners dedicated to their success.
  • Collaborate with other functions and teams, such as Analytics, Content Management, Retail Sales, eCommerce Sales, Consumer Insights, Customer Service and Marketing Communications evangelizing SEO, CVR and other KPI.


  • 3+ years working in a digital setting with a mix of agency and client side experience.
  • Familiar with the principles of web user experience (UX) focused on conversion tactics.
  • Knowledge of common website analytics platforms (e.g., Adobe, IBM, Google)
  • Knowledge of best practices for developing digital channels
  • Familiar with the web development process.
  • Highly organized and very strong, proven project management skills. Multi-tasking, ability to prioritize and manage multiple concurrent projects and deadlines is imperative.
  • Preferred exposure to multichannel attribution and media mix modeling approaches, methods, challenges and output.
  • Bachelor’s degree required with preferred concentration in an area of Business.
