We're looking for a Product Manager to be the voice of the American consumer in our product roadmap. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, Americas, you will partner with Global Product Management and America Sales teams, to develop the Canadian, US and Latin American product road maps, including recommending and optimizing product strategies based on channels, ensuring strategies meet account and corporate financial metrics and closely working with cross-functional teams to launch products.
To be the ideal candidate, you should have 5 – 7 years experience in consumer goods, working directly with national retailers and distributors. You have a proven ability to create comprehensive channel strategies, and are skilled in analyzing and predicting competitive landscapes and consumer needs. You will also be adept at identifying critical consumer insights through analyzing reviews, consumer feedback and delighting or dissatisfying attributes trends. You should also have experience directly with product launches, go-to-market planning, P&L management and MDF utilization is required.
